ABOUT US

ROCKERILLA

Rockerilla sostiene ogni mese campagne ambientaliste, umanitarie e animaliste.

ABOUT  ROCKERILLA

Rockerilla is a magazine which has lived through and made history: since 1978 it has been mapping the soundtracks that marked our lives. It survived punk, new wave, grunge and a myriad of other contaminations and revolutions, catching the spirit of the times through its music.

Rockerilla actively monitors the new sounds emerging from the international rock scenes, with a particularly fond ear towards the ever prolific underground.

Rockerilla was at the forefront of the Eighties’ new wave and post punk movement but was also the first Italian rock magazine to include a section specifically dedicated to the developments within the world of metal.

Like yesteryear, today Rockerilla continues to pioneer and support the Italian rock scene by stimulating its growth through its in-depth articles: in the historical section Brico Sound we have discovered many interesting artists such as (nomi)

Rockerilla’s newly established section, Music Makers, has been exploring the complex universe of new and vintage musical technology through the useful contribution of the best musicians and DJs, called to test and critique brands, tools and instruments alike.

Rockerilla acts as a seismograph across the varied landscape of the arts in general, conscious that literature, cinema and contemporary art keep playing an integral and active role in the evolution of music itself.

ROCKERILLA AIMS TO BE

A precious, honest friend who can guide knowledgeable and hungry music fans through the vast and perilous seas of the internet without filters of any sort.

A physical printed magazine which is tenaciously staying alive for its readers to collect and love in the same way we all used to cherish fanzines.

A magazine which scouts for new talents, acting as a reference point for the music industry by highlighting and giving a deserved space to innovative and quality artists in an increasingly congested market.

A useful sound library, a special reporter of the new and the exciting, a careful and curious investigator of the world of contemporary music and art.
